Decorator Frosting

Yum, not too sweet, perfect. I have to agree with some others it came out a little too thick for me however I loved that because I could make it the consistency I wanted by adding some milk. If i was going to make cookie sandwhichs the consistency it came out as would have been perfect. I was using this to frost the soft gingerbread cookies from this site and mmm it was yummy. Another thing I would have to agree with was that the color did seem streaky but that didnt bug me!

Soft Gingerbread Cookies

I cannot understand how people said these cookies tasted like flour or really bland... I had no issue with these at all. Very easy to make, very easy to roll just a little problem with them sticking. I only baked them 6 mins and they came out perfect, they tasted great without anything on it but since I am taking them to a party I wanted to decorate them and I used the decorators icing from this site. I have to stop eating them or i will have none for the party!

I loved this banana bread it was so good, I cooked on top rack for 45 mins then moved to middle rack for 15 minutes cooked perfectly.

Coconut Macaroons III

Nice recipe, confussing measurments. I only used a 300 ML can of con. milk because thats the only size here. It turned out good so it wasnt an issue. My big issue was I used parc. paper, sprayed with pam and still i could not get the cookies off the tray they stuck to the parc. paper and 3/4 had to have the bottom cut off because the paper stuck to them. I would make these again but try to think of a way to have them not stick again.

Stuffed Peppers

This has got to be one of my fave recipies, I used a spaghetti sauce, so much easier. It tasted like a spaghetti without noodles stuffed in a pepper, Very yummy!

Stir-Fried Rice

Very good, however I did make a change to it, I did not boil my rice and veggies in the broth because I used ww rice and it takes longer. I heated the veggies up in the broth, cooked the rice, drained the broth, added the rice and slowly added the broth until it evaporated. Then I added the egg right before serving (which I dont get because ill be eating it and all of a sudden and egg chunk, seems weird) Anyways it was very very good and surprisingly filling.

Gnocchi with Sage-Butter Sauce

I did not think this was good at all, the sage butter sauce has absolutley no flavor to it and the parm cheese seemed to be a waste because I couldnt even taste it which is surprising for the amount of it there is.
