I'm Vintage, I really love to cook it's one of my passions in life. And it's what I do aside from playing in our band, and studying. By the way I'm an HRM student in Baguio City, Philippines. I found out about this site, and it's cool and very handy. I really hope I could meet good chefs along the way that could help me to improve my cooking skills haha. and could be my friend.
My favorite things to cook
I don't really choose what to cook, Whatever available ingredients there is, I'll cook it. I love to improvise. But I really have this thing about Italian and Chinese dishes, I haven't tried cooking them yet, but I hope I will someday.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Thanksgiving, and mostly when Drinking Sessions with my friends, I love to make something bite sized (mostly seafood and dark meats) that could match the booze we drink, and it's pretty cool when I always have something new on my menu, and they'll just love them in every bite.
My cooking triumphs
I can say my experimental dishes rocks(Fish Fillet with spicy sauce, Hangover Meal, and many more) my friends loved most of them, I don't cook that much in our house because my mum or the nanny do most of the kitchen works.
My cooking tragedies
I experiment too much till' it tastes unpleasant. Sometimes I miscalculate the ingredients.
