Scott Hibb's Amazing Whisky Grilled Baby Back Ribs
Great flavor. The sauce is especially good. I suggest you double the sauce recipe as I ran out. The oven cook time for the ribs was a bit too long. Mine dried out. I'd try this again.

Easy Baked Tilapia
Excellent taste. Very easy way to make Tilapia. Even the kids ate it. Will make again.

Balsamic Marinated Chicken Breasts
OK flavor. Posted cook time is way too long. Smaller breasts were done in 18 minutes larger ones in 25.
