About this Cook
I have been cooking since I was 18 years old. But I have been in the kitchen since I was 5. My dad used to make me stand in the kitchen and watch my mom cook. LOL I used to think it was punishment but now I thank him as I can go to the kitchen and look in the cupboards and trow together a great meal in 30 min or less.

I am best at comfort or southern foods. I like to cook with a lot of spices and make very flavorful foods.

Lemon Bread Pudding
I really didn't care for this recipe. The sauce is way too sweet and not lemony enough. I doubled the amount of lemon juice and it helped a little. The bread pudding was not that great either. I will keep searching for the perfect recipe.

Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo
This recipe is delicious. The only changes I made was omit the mushrooms, I didn't have any, and added sliced olives instead. It really doesn't taste like alfredo sauce but is definitely good. I will make this often.
