I have been cooking since I was 18 years old. But I have been in the kitchen since I was 5. My dad used to make me stand in the kitchen and watch my mom cook. LOL I used to think it was punishment but now I thank him as I can go to the kitchen and look in the cupboards and trow together a great meal in 30 min or less.

I am best at comfort or southern foods. I like to cook with a lot of spices and make very flavorful foods.

Absolutely Delicious Green Bean Casserole from Scratch
For us this was just ok. I think I will stick to my tried and true recipe.

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing
I love this stuffing! It is fabulous. I will share this recipe with everyone I know. My boyfriend also loved it and he usually smothers his stuffing in gravy just to be able to eat it. He said its the best he has ever had, (with no gravy)! The only change I made was to use quite a bit more liquid as I like my stuffing very moist and I did not use bullion, instead i simmered some of the herbs from the recipe in chicken broth and used a 1/2 cup of that along with broth from my turkey. It was wonderful!

Blue Cranberry Sauce
This is the best cranberry sauce I've ever made or eaten. I followed the recipe to a tee and it is awesome. I will make this from now on! Thanks for sharing it.
