Baked Potato Skins

YUM! Better taste than restaurant skins. I first took 4 small raw potatoes, poked them with a knife and microwaved them for 11 minutes instead of baking them beforehand. I followed this rest of the recipe and they were awesome! You could not even tell they were microwaved. Great flavor!!
