Well just a guy who loves to bake and cook. I was taught by a great lady my granmother. I guess she knew I would have to cook. She taught me some of her mothers receipes. I am a good cook and baker, but there is always to improve and things to learn. Now that I am in a wheelchair I have a lot of time to bake. Well lets start with Candy, Cookies, and Cakes. Love to make my receipes from scratch. They always just have a better taste. making a home made Potato salad, and always have a great lay out from appitizers to deserts..Making cookies to send home with guest at christms is always a a tradition making a sit down meal for 15 people. and timing it..lol planing my first party and burning the entree a half hour before the party was to start.
