Easter Pie
Delicious. I used my own pie crust and had no citron so omitted it, but did everything else exactly as recipe called for. I will use other times than Easter. You could call it Ricotta pie the rest of the year. Very good.

Easier Chicken Marsala
Delicious! I used 2 cups of wine to make more juice and then cooked it down until it was fork teder. Yummy!

Toasted Almond Party Spread
I have made this in the past and it is delicious. Reminds you of quiche lorraine but with a softer creamier texture. Yum!
