I have been cooking professionally for 20+ years. Cooking is my passion. I recently enrolled in college to begin pursuing a BA in culinary arts in hopes of teaching for the next phase of my culinary career. I enjoy cooking just about everything, I enjoy Italian and Mexican the most. I also love to make candy, nothing better for my sweet tooth. Recently I have started working with mid-evil recipes from Europe. The only real cooking tradition from my family would be my grandfather making sticky buns whenever I slept over.
