Burrito Pie

I love, love, love burrito pie. One thing way I cook it is in a circle dish (about the size of tortilla shell) that way it loos a little more like a pie. I also skip the olives.

Chicken Enchiladas V

I am not a lover of enchiladas but theses were great! My family and I plan on eating them again very soon. We also put cheese on the inside of each tortilla.
