Easy and delicious.

Chicken or Turkey Crepes with Tarragon
Easy crepe recipe with a great taste. It needed some more salt in the mixture, but I still loved it. Takes quite a while though.

Breaded Toasted Ravioli
They were a bit dry and the breading didn't stick well to one of he types of ravioli I used, but I still liked it. They'd make a great side dish.
