I love baking cakes and trying new recipes all the time. But, with

My dad grew up in Oklahoma. Growing up we loved good fried chicken
and biscuits with gravy. I got my talent for baking from my mom. She
can make the best pies and cookies.

Pie crust! Iam still trying to perfect them.

Not too many. to say the least. Iam very careful and prepared when following recipes.
If I don't think It will taste good. I can usually tweak it a bit and make it work.
