Banana Cream Pie I

This was great! I used 3 tbl cornstarch and cut down on the sugar as suggested, and it was fantastic! Only suggestions I have are: 1. Make sure bananas are ripe, and 2. If the whole pie is not going to be devoured immediately, then make sure one puts some kind of cover on it, for the top of the pudding dried out and became kind of hard. But it was delicious! I have 2 requests for it already!

Erica's Delicious Slow Cooker Beef Roast

This was good, however it seemed pretty salty to me. I used a 3 pound bottom round roast, and the meat turned out find aside from the salt. i also used beef stock in place of water for more flavor, perhaps that is where the salty flavor came from. Other than that, it was pretty good! and easy in the slow cooker!

Cajun Crawfish and Shrimp Etouffe

This was great! A lot of chopping if you don't have a food processor, and stirring the roux for 20+ minutes was a teeny bit tedious, but well worth it! It was fabulous! I went easy on the hot sauce and added zero cayenne due to my other half having a low tolerance to spices, and it turned out fabulous!
