Fettuccine with Bacon-Clam Sauce
This recipe was very tasty. My boyfriend enjoyed it which means it was a good recipe since he is the pickiest eater in the WORLD. I used extra clam juice and extra minced garlic (we looove garlic). The heavy cream made the sauce very thick.. we're gonna try using light cream or maybe half & half next time. I do think this recipe needed something.... so I will be adding some shrimp to the pasta next time. I'm sure it'll turn the dish from good to great. :)
