Apple Pie by Grandma Ople
I made this today, and just loved the crunch it gave the top crust. One of the best apple pies I've made - I do recommend you place your pie plate on a cookie sheet or your sauce could cook over, like mine did. Used a combination of apples from the crisper, and it wasn't too sweet at all. Ate it warm with a drizzle of whipping cream over top. Excellent!

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake
My sixteen year asked me not to making "boring pumpkin pie" for our Cdn thanksgiving....so I tried this one for a change. We all loved it. The graham cracker crust was a great variation, and I used Epicure pumpkin pie spice...it was wonderful.

Barbecued Beef Ribs for Two
A wonderful recipe, and a nice change from the norm. I found a low boil for about 2 hrs made them much more tender, and then I trimmed the fat off before finishing them in the oven. We like more sauce so I doubled the recipe. Thanks for the recipe!
