I didn't use the pork as I only had ground beef at home. It was so good that my picky 3 year old daughter ate seconds and had leftovers for lunch the next day. Great recipe!

I made this for my family and they all loved it. I didn't use a shortbread crust because I don't eat butter but it still came out great.

I love this recipe! I went blueberry picking and was looking for a good recipe, and I found it! I have cooked batches every day and all the neighborhood kids have gone crazy for them. I did make a couple of changes though. I used shortening instead of butter because I don't eat butter and I accidentally used bread flour the first time that I made them but they came out tasting so good that I kept the changes everytime that I made them. Thanks for the recipe!
