Onion Chicken in Balsamic Sauce

not as good as i thought it would be. my boyfriend liked it but never at the leftovers. i used boneless skinless chicken. the only part i liked a lot was the smell and the sun dried tomatoes.

i did a very very similar pumpkin crumb cake dessert. but i had to bake mine for over 1 hr and 15 min. and served it cold with whip cream. very very yumm. better when chilled.

Melt-In-Your-Mouth Meat Loaf

i was really looking forward to this meat loaf. but after SIX hours in the crock pot it was not fully cooked!! very very disappointing... so i put it in the over @ 400 for 30 min. it was o.k...i think putting it in the oven didn't give it the melt-in-your-mouth taste. i might give it another shot next time....

YUMMMM! they got a little burned on the bottom of them. next time i will turn them half way through. but other than that they are AMAZING! made a great sandwich the next day. with pepper jack cheese and sough dough bread melted all together! yum!

seriously AMAZING! i lived in Hawaii for 10 years and tasted exactly the same as how they make it there! my boyfriend and his friends LOVED the sauce it is really good over white rice. the sauce is strong but goes really well with the chicken!!!
