Chocolate Banana Smoothie
I made a double recipe using two frozen bananas and only four ice cubes with my two cups skim milk. I used four tablespoons of Hershey's Special Dark syrup, yummy stuff! I also used four tablespoons of wheat germ as I do in all my smoothies.

Texas Hash
This was very good. I used 1/4 each of red, yellow, orange and green bell peppers. I thought the black beans sounded like a good idea but I didn't have any and used a can of pinto beans with jalapenos instead. I don't care for processed american cheese so I used cojack. I'm about to have a serving of the left overs right now, yummy!

Classic Peanut Butter Cookies
Great tasting dough, we also were lucky that any got cooked. I used Peter Pan Honey Roasted Crunchy. Also added 1tsp of vanilla. I like them fresh baked but friends I gave some to a week later said they were fantastic. I did not increase flour or peanut butter, just put them in the fridge for a while. I don't roll mine into balls, instead used the medium sized PC scoop, they baked up almost perfectly round, very nice.
