Potato Cheese Soup
Amazing potato soup, first had it at a friend's house and just had to get the recipe. This soup I can eat for days at a time! Also good to freeze if you want to make a huge pot and save some for later.

Caramel Apple Pork Chops
Very good but could use a bit more body. Adding a bit of onion to the apples and a pinch of Chipotle really completes this dish!

Syracuse Salt Potatoes
Perfect with or without the butter. Husband likes his buttery, I like them plain, and the salty flavor is excellent every time. Very simple to make.
