Baked Flounder

Out of marjoram, seasoned with Old Bay, used shredded sharp cheddar and italian style bread crumbs, also used sherry instead of white wine. VERY VERY GOOD and SUPER fast to make.

Peanut Butter Cocoa No-Bake Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2009
Love em! I've made these a few times, and tonight I used margarine instead of butter- not good- the cookies won't set! They still taste yummy as anything, but they are VERY gooey. So a bit of advice- use butter!

Cream Cheese, Garlic, and Chive Stuffed Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 23, 2009
Great recipe- changed it up a bit. Used 8 chicken tenderloins (could have used 10), coated them with butter, dipped them in Italian style breadcrumbs, spooned some of the mixture on one tenderloin and put another on top. Didn't use any toothpicks, didn't use any bacon. Baked for around 30 mins (didn't time it, just watched the chicken until it looked done). Came out fantastic. I also didn't exactly measure the chives or garlic, but I think I put a little extra then what was called for. I used pre-chopped garlic in oil. It was delicious. Will definitely make again!!!

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

This is on of my favorites that I have found on this website. Followed it exactly, except my oven cooks fast, so I had to watch it and bring it out a little earlier. SO GREAT!!

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

Fantastic. I had to fight off my brother-in-law for the last of it. Warning: You will feel like you can eat the whole pie without any problem. But don't do it. You'll eat away your entire calories for the day!

Followed the direction exactly except did not have any lemons (but I did have lemon juice). Turned out great- served over rice- yum.

Appetizer Chicken Kabobs

Great recipe. I left out the mushrooms and used pineapple and red pepper instead for some color. I highly recommend the pineapple, it really made a big difference. I let them marinade overnight. Also, the smaller pieces of chicken tasted better than the ones that I cut a little larger. Don't forget to soak the skewers in water. One of mine caught on fire because I forgot!

Bacon Cheddar Deviled Eggs

Reviewed: May 7, 2009
VERY good. Followed the recipe exactly. Everyone loved them. I am picky about my deviled eggs, because I don't like mustard (so you can see why I don't normally like deviled eggs). This had just the right amount of mustard. Super easy to make.

Easy Cheese Ball II

Reviewed: May 7, 2009
SO good. Everyone at the party thought I bought it. It looks very impressive. I doubled the recipe, I had about 16 people attend, and one cheeseball would have been plenty. I used Townhouse crackers and it tasted de-lish!! It was also SO SIMPLE to make. I didn't change the recipe at all. Highly recommend!
