When I read the reviews before I made it I noticed the "curdled cheese" comments and thought that was a fluke. I can't describe it any other way except that the cheese seemed curdled. I'm sure that's not the right word for it and I don't know how it happened. Some of us had a curdled cheese thing happening when it came out of the oven. That's obviously not the case with everyone though.

Quick and Almost-Professional Buttercream Icing

This icing was so delicious. I added too much food coloring so the icing separated a little. It's good for pastel colors. Thanks for the recipe!

Quick and Easy Brownies

I just made these brownies and they turned out beautifully. They taste great. I used 1 c flour and I liked that they were more chewy than cakey. Next time I'm going to add some milk chocolate chips.

Baked Macaroni and Cheese with Tomato

My husband loved it. He had three servings. I think I used too much pasta because it was hard to determine what a pound is. Next time, I'm going to mix in salt, pepper and some other seasonings. Thanks for the great recipe.
