When I read the reviews before I made it I noticed the "curdled cheese" comments and thought that was a fluke. I can't describe it any other way except that the cheese seemed curdled. I'm sure that's not the right word for it and I don't know how it happened. Some of us had a curdled cheese thing happening when it came out of the oven. That's obviously not the case with everyone though.

This icing was so delicious. I added too much food coloring so the icing separated a little. It's good for pastel colors. Thanks for the recipe!

I just made these brownies and they turned out beautifully. They taste great. I used 1 c flour and I liked that they were more chewy than cakey. Next time I'm going to add some milk chocolate chips.
