Ranch Crispy Chicken
This was a very quick and easy dinner and gave otherwise bland chicken a very strong taste. (We like strong tastes in our house so we don't mind the extra salty taste from the ranch) I change one thing every time however, and that's coating the chicken with egg whites before shaking it in the ranch and breadcrumb mixture. It helps it stick and also gives the chicken and bread a little kick while helping it stay moist. Other things that I've mixed in with the ranch and breadcrumbs are (not all at once of course): ~Chili powder~ ~Garlic seasoning~ ~Italian seasoning~. Also another way to add extra personality is to use flavored breadcrumbs like garlic or italian. No matter what I do to this recipe it still tastes great.

Pineapple Angel Food Cake I
I added some extreme changes to this recipe. Instead of angel food I used boxed cherry chip, mixed in a half a cup of pineapple juice and crushed pineapples and shredded sweetened coconut into the batter. When it was done I spread a layer of crushed pineapples and coconut between then two, then frosted it with cool whip and decorated with more coconut, pineapples, and cherries cut in half. It looked beautiful and everyone was pretty satisfied with it. Definatly would make again, especially for any school cake walks or events.

Tequila Shrimp
This came out very nice. I substituted mexican beer and only used a bit of tequila, as I don't like the tequila flavor too much. It wasn't too strong, and everyone loved it. I served it with Mexican Rice III.
