AMAZING! I made them for a school bake sale, where they were sold for a dollar each, and sold out the fastest! They were loved by all, and now I have my teachers asking me for the recipe in the middle of class!

This is my mom and brothers favourite cookie so I decided to give it a try, and the turned out fabulously! I ground the nuts because neither my dad or myself like nuts in our cookies but it produced the same taste. I also added about a tablespoon of milk because I felt that the batter was too dry. Other than that they turned out perfectly, two thumbs up from the cookie lovers in the house!
