I am a retired housemom and enjoy cooking and baking. I especially like to experiment with new recipes. Would love to here from all walks of life My favorite things to cook are bake goods. I love to make bread, pies, cakes, cookies and tarts. I make a lot of ethnic foods for my family; although I am of Polish decent. I love Italian, Chinese and Mexican cooking. I have made a huge sheet apple pie with a homeade crust that everyone ask for for their parties and holidays. Oh, my; I think my tragedies are way to many to list but we all laugh at them from time to time.
