Rich Chocolate Frosting

YUM YUM YUM. I halved the recipe and even had some left over after frosting a 2 layer, 9" cake. I paired this with the "Black Magic Cake" also available on this site. I will make this again.......so good.

Black Magic Cake

Stunning & Decadent. I follwed the recipe except I probably used double the amount of vanilla extract and I substituted non-fat plain yogurt for the buttermilk. I don't like any coffee at all and I didn't notice it in the cake so don't omit it! I paired this with the "Rich Chocolate Frosting" also available on this site. I will make both again. Thanks for sharing!

Carrot Cake III

WOW! What a cake! My husband and everyone who tried it. I changed the recipe based on a consolidated review and it worked out great! I followed it except for adding the 1/4 tsp of nutmeg. I will try to lessen the fat content by using more applesauce or making other substitutions. This recipe is a keeper.

I didn't add any coconut and these muffins were fantastic. They looked good and tasted good! On top of that they were really easy to make. I might try to add some cinnamon next time because I think that might be yummy too.

Unbelievable Chicken

This a tasty marinade but I don't think it's "unbelievable" because it didn't cause me to pull a Meg Ryan in a sandwich shop! The chicken was quite tender and definite crowd pleaser off the grill. I may add some more kick to it as mentioned by a previous reviewer. It is simple to make and it will make regular occurances in my household.

Simple But Awesome Lemon Pepper Pork Chops

I read other reviews and thought I had learned from them but we didn't like this recipe. We thought it was bland and, unfortunately, not very awesome. I won't make these again.
