About this Cook
My cooking tragedies
The Angel Food "POUND" cake. I tried to make angel food cake a few years ago and it was a total disaster. It smelled and tasted ok, but it was rather heavy only 1.5" tall; a veritable weapon! I haven't tried making one since. Perhaps when my skills get better I'll try to tackle my nemesis once more. :D

Spaghetti Squash I
Great recipe. I don't like olives so I used red and orange peppers instead. It was even great the next day. :) I used another reviewer's water method (1.5 c water in a glass dish) to cook the spaghetti squash.

Exquisite Pizza Sauce
Yum. I halved the amount of honey. I might also try to use agave next time.

Brownie Mix in a Jar II
This will probably be a gift next Christmas. I used 2 c sugar, 1 c melted butter, 3 eggs, some walnuts, and some leftover reeses pieces (.25c -.33c?). Just delightful!!!
