I followed the recipe almost exactly except I didn't have any rice krispies so I used Ritz crackers I crumbled in the food processor instead. I also didn't use butter, mostly because I forgot. The flavor was a little bland (probably b/c of the missing butter...maybe?) but the chicken was still very moist. The breading also didn't stay on at all, as soon as we cut into it, it fell right off. I followed the breading instructions completely, so what did I do wrong

Sour Cream Chicken Paprika

Very good, I followed the recipe exactly and thought it might not be salty enough, but it was great. We served it over egg noodles with broccoli on the side. I think this will go into our regular rotation! :-)

Mexican Rice III

YUM! Absolutely delicious. I made it exactly as the recipe said to and it was super. I had to add a little more chicken broth about 1/2 way through cooking because it was cooking down too much, but that's the only change I made. I have added this recipe to my recipe box!

Tender Chicken Nuggets

YUM! I made these for the first time tonight, and following the other suggestions, used egg to coat instead of ranch and they were delicious. I'm having trouble not eating them all before dinner!
