Home-Style Hominy Casserole
Ive made this both ways. With hominy and then with cheerios. Great way to make a terrible dish into a great one! Thank you so much for this recipe. I also liked it with okra instead of the sausage.

Chicken Corn Soup II
I added a package of instant tapioca pudding to mine! What a nice twist that was! The whole family loved it.
