Flaky Food Processor Pie Crust
Very good crust! Make a huge blackberry cobbler today for July 4th, using this recipe. Easy, quick and delish! Thanks!

Mexican Rice II
This recipe can be improved very much by using bacon grease instead of oil and sauteing the onion with the rice. I use some oregano and parsley along with cumin. I add a 3" piece of celery that has been sliced on the diagonal, and a sliced carrot before adding the broth. In the summer I use fresh chopped tomato instead of tomato sauce. I omit the garlic salt all together and add plain salt.

My Amish Friend's Caramel Corn
I've been making this recipe since 1979 and it IS the best caramel corn recipe I ever found! I never use peanuts, though. I use almonds, cashews or pecans. Do use butter - improves it so much,if you can believe that! This is great to give in tins or those pretty decorative bags at Christmas! Make more than you think you'll need, because people will ask for more! :)
