Angel Hair Pasta with Shrimp and Basil
This was so delicious. I doubled the recipe for my family of four as they are all big eaters, and was afraid after I made it there would be alot of leftovers because it was ALOT of food. However, not one drop was left!!! Even the most picky member of our family said that I could cook it anytime, after he got his third serving. I used two bags of medium frozed shrimp instead of large, and instead of italian style tomatoes I used diced tomatoes with green chiles to give it the perfect kick. SO SO GOOD!
