German Tomato Soup
A great recipe! I took out the cabbage (not very German, but my husband doesn't do cabbage), added some paprika and it was very good indeed.

Pork Chop and Potato Casserole
With a few spices and lots of cheese this is a seriously yummy recipe!

Addictive Pumpkin Muffins
Great muffins! They are moist without being soggy (as I have seen others complain about with low fat/ apple sauce based recipes). I cut the sugar in half and they turned out great.
