Chipotle Blue Cheese Dip
Loved it! next time i will add some cream cheese to get a little more consistency out of it and makes great left overs yumm

Chili Rellenos Casserole
Its a good "getby meal", i actually have made the Chile Relleno's from scratch and this is no comparisant, i will add more meat/cheese the next time..

Sweet and Sour Meatballs I
I used frozen meatballs, which i believe was a terrible mistake, sauce was greasy and just seemed like it was missing something next time i will use lean sirloin otherwise it was a hit!
