WOW!!! These are so good. I used mashed potatoes that were already seasoned with salt, pepper, onions, and cheese. The cakes cooked up perfectly. They were even better than ones I had tried in Ireland. I added cheese on top which turned out great.

WOW!!! These cinnamon rolls smell as good as they taste. For a first-timer, these took a lot of effort to make. However, they are well worth it. Keeping the rolls close packed in the pan helps to keep them moist. Also, mine baked in only about 15 minutes. I will be making these again.
