Easy Pumpkin Muffins
Very sweet, very moist. Delicious! I'll take these over pumpkin pie any day!

Garlic Chicken with Orzo Noodles
Admittedly, I was using tofu instead of chicken, but this came out not only bland, but downright bitter. I had rescue it with a sweet red sauce.
