Yellow Squash Casserole
I have had scalloped yellow squash forever and love it. I decided I needed a change and tried this recipe. I halved it because I was cooking for 2. Could have made the whole recipe and probably would have eaten it all. I used garlic salt and garlic pepper. For the cheese I used seriously sharp cheddar cheese. I did not pre-cook the squash and onions. It took about 15 mins to bake. OMG it was good!!!
