Creamy Rice Pudding
My grandma was a great cook, I've been looking for a rice pudding recipie like she used to make, this was a very good pudding and was easy to make. I will make it again, I might try adding a little cinnamon next time.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes
I've made this several times. So easy to make, I will never but pancake mix again. I normally follow recipies to the letter but accidentally added a tablespoon of baking powder, I believe they were lighter and fluffier as a result. My wife isn't a pancake fan but she complimented these and asked for seconds.
