Pumpkin Bread IV
I cooked one loaf and one bundt with this recipe. The bundt came out perfectly and tasted amazing! The loaf pan required longer cooking time than called for and was still a little too moist in the very center. But the taste of this recipe is wonderful!

Pumpkin Bean Soup
My husband and I loved this soup... with our own slight twists. I wanted to keep the soup more of a southwest style, so I did not add curry and ginger as other reviewers did. I added 2 tsp of cumin and replaced the tomato sauce with a large can of diced tomatoes. Added a little kick with cayenne and garnished the soup with sour cream instead of whipped cream. Delicious!

Sharon's Scrumptious Souvlaki
I used extra marinade to soak thinly sliced onions and tomatoes for about an hour. That, along with tsatziki and feta cheese, added enough flavor to compensate for the lack luster flavor of the marinated chicken. Even adding lemon juice to the marinade did not add up to good Greek-flavored chicken. Don't get me wrong, the dish as a whole was a success, but I was hoping for more flavor from the marinade.
