All that hard work really paid off! This is something for the whole family to do in the afternoon. It takes up a lot of time but every minute was worth it. This bread is soooooo yummy! It's really good with honey butter spread. I had enough for two large loaves and two mini loaves (for the boys who worked so hard at helping).

African Peanut Soup

This was an awesome soup. My kids wouldn't touch it because "Peanut butter goes on bread!" My husband and I really enjoyed the flavor. Easy to make and easy to store. Bell peppers and peanut butter, who would have thought? Will make again in the winter.

Coffee Shop Fudge

The fudge set up nicely and I did like the consistancy. I would make this again only changing one thing, toasting the nuts. It made it a bit bitter and almost tasted burnt, although my pecans didn't burn. The ease of this recipe makes it a keeper, will make again. Loved the cinnimon! Will it and cayenne next time.

No Bakes

Okay, I've tried many no bake recipies for these cookies and FINALLY they came out right!!! I followed the recipe exactly and I guess the trick is the slow boil. Most recipies don't tell you that part. Also adding the peanut butter to the oats and NOT the chocolate, helps. We ate them and they tasted the way I remembered them as a kid. Awesome!
