Married Nov 8th 2008 to my Lovely Bride Mary. We live in South Carolina and really enjoy cooking together. Mary's favorite recipe book is Southern Home. Have lived all over the US with my Dad having been in the Air Force and my having been in the Navy. South Carolina is Beautiful and now HOME.

Real Homemade Tamales
Delicious! Very authentic taste and my wife and I had fun making them together. I will say that we wish we had made more as they didn't last too long, and the left-over as just as good as fresh! Looking forward to making more.

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast
Very good recipe. Just a tad bit dry on the chicken breast. But taste was excellent. I used the leftover spinach mixture as a cracker dip and it's yummy also.

Navy Bean Soup I
Very delicious and seasoned well. My stepmom who is 89 loved it and everyone raves about her soup so for her to have liked it so much it truely was good. I did add a couple of small carrots though however. Other than that I was faithful to the recipe.
