yummy! i added feta cheese as well and added olive oil to coat. don't add too much oil though or things will get soggy.

Creamy Chicken Stir-Fry

very yummy! added half a jalapeno for some heat (but not to much) which i think if i didnt do it would have been bland. i used onions, green and red peppers, celery, carrots, mushrooms, broccoli, and the jalapeno. i didnt have chicken so i used pork. all over jasmine rice. yum yum!

Chicken and Peppers with Balsamic Vinegar

I added fresh mushrooms to this and a little more balsamic than it called for. I served it over rice and YUM! definitely making this again.
