This was very good. You really have to get a good steak that isnt too chewy. it you dont cut the asparagus bottoms off high its makes for a chewy meal.

Tilapia Soft Tacos with Chipotle Cream

WHOA!! the BEST fish tacos i've ever had! i only put 1 can of chipotle chilles and it was still REALLY hot. but my husband and i like the heat :) two would have been too much. very good and easy, will make it again and again! (added fresh avocado on top too)

BBQ Beer Brat Kabobs

this wasnt enjoyable. the bbq sauce over powered the veggies and meat. you just shouldnt put BBQ sauce on brats is what it is........side note......my husband liked them. not loved, but liked. maybe its a guy thing?

Paprika Pork Chops

the best pork chop i've ever made! i will make this when we have company over and whenever i am in the mood for porkchops. on the side though, i HATE sourcraut, but you couldnt hardly taste it and it blended in well.

this turned out really weird. the top potatoes didnt cook very well and were crispy. and the bottom part was VERY salty. we didnt eat it all. maybe less salt and more liquid

These were very good. the only change i would make is not as much vinegar or no vinegar. it was very strong. I added chopped onions when i put in the ketchup, salsa, etc.

Skillet Enchiladas

My husband loved these! I added some jalepeno to the meat sauce for some extra spice. Once I wrapped them up and put the sauce on top I through them into the over for about 5 min to melt them cheese. yummy!

Flat Dumplings

I added chicken to this recipe. Mine also did not turn out flat. But i made dough balls the best i could and dropped them into the boiling broth. VERY yummy! :) nice to eat on a cold evening.

this was VERY good! the only reason i'm giving it 4 stars is because slat and pepper seasoning is not enough! i seasoned mine with all seasoning. and made gravy to put over mashed potatoes. mmmm....VERY good! the origional recipe needed more seasoning. COOK THE FULL TWO HOURS OR IT WILL NOT BE TENDER ENOUGH. MORE IS BETTER!!!!
