Acorn Squash with Sweet Spicy Sausage

very yummy! husband loved it and it was very easy to make. I served it with a jumalia rice meal.

Red Pot Roast

this was yummy. i added some red wine and garlic to the sauce. than had to add more flour for the gravy.

Cucumber, Tomato, and Red Onion Salad

yummy! i added feta cheese as well and added olive oil to coat. don't add too much oil though or things will get soggy.
