About this Cook
A true southern belle, I love anything and everything having to do with a good meal. Nothing beats bringing loved ones together through good food. I am a recent college graduate, cooking my way into new discoveries through bold flavors and making crave-worthy memories along the way... only finding the time because I am STILL unemployed...

Catherine's Spicy Chicken Soup
Amazing recipe! I only used 4 cups of the reserved broth to make it thicker. I served it over rice and it was a hit! Even better as leftovers the next day!

Homemade Mac and Cheese
Great recipe! Crushed cheddar flavored gold fish also make a nice topping instead of the bread crumbs!

Seven Layer Taco Dip
This was a big hit. However, I love my food (especially Mexican) extra spicy, so I opted for hot taco seasoning and hot salsa. I also added two cans of green chiles into the salsa layer. Instead of the refried beans I used black beans mixed with corn... it was excellent!
