Crustless Cranberry Pie
I enjoyed this recipe. Like some said its more like a coffee cake. Also, I've read some reviews and for those who think its too tart remember these are cranberries they are naturally tart. I warmed mine up in the morning and added a little heavy cream over the top yum. Oh, I also added 1/4c walnuts and 1/4c pecans. Thanks

Quiche Lorraine I
I loved this recipe it was like eating a custard pie but for dinner. If you like custard you will love this. I used sliced swiss cheese and put it on the bottom of the crust as shown on a video showed on this website for making quiche. I also cooked it about 15 min longer for the top to firm up. I also added a little mixed shredded cheese about 1/2 cup it turned out beautiful. I put all my ingredients on the bottom of the crust then poured the cream mixture over the top. When I took it out of the oven the cream mixture stayed on top and created this custard-like layer (heaven). Hubby did not care for it, too soft for him but I will surely make it for company. Thank you

Easy Fruit Cobbler
I enjoyed this recipe. I like it more as a breakfast side rather than a dessert. I used 1/2 cup of sugar, cinnamon and vanilla to the mix. I also added 1/4 of sugar and some cinnamon to my fresh strawberries and blueberries. I like the dough because it does not take away from the fruit. I will make this again this week.
