I haven't had Gnocchi and I'm German so I don't know how my opinion will compare, but I like this dish. I used a butter & herb flavored potatoes. Be sure to make them small or it taste like a dumpling.

Mexican Bean Stew

Apple Crisp I

I followed the recipe and it didn't turn out. The flour mixture just sat on the top of the apples. I added over a cup of (hot) water while baking and increased the temp and time and it turned out ok. I think there are better recipes out there.

Caramel Apple Jam

Creamy Chicken Lasagna

Very good and very quick. The cheese on the top of mine was over cooked so I would wait until it is almost done to put the layer on. Also, put a layer of noodles in the bottom even though the recipe doesn't say to.

Filled Cookies I

I was worried about trying these cookies after reading the review, but these turned out great for me! I was careful in adding the flour, but did add it all and had no trouble rolling them out. The filling was great too! I used 8oz of dates and had plenty for the cookies. Yummy!!

Twelve Minute Pasta Toss

I love this recipe. It is easy and very good. I often toss in mushrooms when I cook the garlic. Also tried making it with shrimp and it worked very well. I cut back on the amount of spices as to not over power the shrimp.

Apple Pie Bread

The flavor of this recipe was very weak. Also, had to add more flour by about 1/4 cup. This recipe makes about a 1 1/2 pound loaf in my machine.

Lemon Zucchini Bars

I was very disappointed with this recipe. The flavors of the zucchini didn't blend with the lemon and there is a strong oil taste. I'm waiting to see if the flavor improves with time, but I doubt it. I won't be making this again.
