Chocolate Mint Candies Cookies

This cookie has been a family favorite for years.TIP..Use parchment paper instead of greasing the cookie sheets.You will cut back on calories a bit and cookie removal is quick and clean. I use the same sheet of paper for the whole batch. GOOD LUCK !! YUMMY!!
