Fajita Marinade III

Yummy! I used it on chicken breasts cut in strips and also pepper steak. Really good on both for fajitas. And easy! It doesn't need so much oil, though. I cut the oil by about half.

London Broil II

My husband loves this! I used 3 Tbsp ketchup and no soy sauce due to food allergies, and I make it indoors in the broiler, which takes longer than the recipe calls for. I usually broil first and then finish a bit longer by baking at 350 degrees.
