Easy to Remember Pie Crust
Only recipe I use now! It's flaky, easy to remember (don't even need the recipe), quick, and easy to make! It's also the recipe I've had the best luck with. TIP: stir and handle the dough as little as possible. After cutting in the shortening, I just form it into a thick patty and use the rolling pin to spread it out into a circle.

Bread Machine Challah I
The tastiest bread I've ever had! I love it! I used butter instead of margarine because that's all I had and it came out fine :).

Triple-Layer Mud Pie
Quick, Easy, Delicious, But too full so I used one 5.9 oz pkg of pudding mix with 1 1/2 cups of milk and eliminated the top cool whip layer. My hubby loves this pie! Update: I used the variation with the unsweetened chocolate and the increased sweetened condensed milk and it made the chocolate fudge layer softer and easier to cut through.
