Lebanese Donair
Wow, great combination of flavors! I didn't follow the recipe completely though because I didn't have steak or lemons. I used hamburger instead and substituted fresh lime juice for lemon. I also combined the hamburger with leftover buckwheat I had (a nutty whole grain you cook like rice) which was fantastic! It really complimented the cinnamon & allspice. Another reviewer is right--the parsley mixture makes a lot! Will definitely make again & try the beef with the marinade.

Cara's Moroccan Stew
Wow, the flavors of this stew are incredible--not one dull bite! I didn't even have all the ingredients (missing the veggies and chick peas) but will gladly try it again with all the right things. The way this recipe has you cook the lentils really makes this dish. Thanks!

Curried Hummus
Delicious! The combination of spices is fantastic. I followed another reviewer's advice and added a few TBSP. sesame tahini and that made the second batch even better. Served on toasted bread with meat and veggies for a scrumptious open-faced sandwhich.
