About this Cook
If you hunt and fish you have to learn how cook it. I grill year round and yes, I have dug out 2 feet of snow to get to my grill. I am a meat and potatos guy and that is about it for what I like to eat.
My favorite things to cook
Steak, chicken, fish, Grilled taters. Deep fried anything...hey look road kill! (OK, not really) Seafood.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Ummm...I love my Mom...but she over cooked every thing.
My cooking triumphs
Lake erie perch, BBQ beans, Chili, Kick butt Jerky, Meatloaf. Pumpkin seeds.
My cooking tragedies
Many things died for me to feed to the dogs before I got better at cooking. Dogs still get fed people food from time to time. The are my best critics..never complain.

Pennsylvania Greek Sauce
Not being able to find greek sauce in the stores anymore, I went on a search and came across this one. And funny as it is, from my home town of Erie, PA. I did change a few things for a little more kick by adding chili powder and chyanne pepper powder, and used Franks Red hot to add a little tang to the mix. Took some greek dogs to work today to see how the guys liked it...the only thing they said would make it better was a beer with the greek dogs. I have to agree. This will also work well to make your own meat for Tacos or sloppy joes. Thanks Miz...
