Southern Candied Sweet Potatoes
I sliced the potatoes in 1/2 inch slices and reduced the recipe to four servings. It took much less than an hour to cook. As a result, the sugar/butter didn't caramelize too much but the results were still excellent.

Marinated Grilled Shrimp
This was excellent. I used 5-7 shrimp per pound (Big) cooked for about 15 minutes on the Weber at medium heat. I doubled the cayenne because we like spice. I had to substitute dried basil for fresh but it worked out just fine.
